RagaKo will be used for land control.
The town has vendors with the best buy/sell rates on available.
A monarchey will be able to take ownership of the town
When a player of a different monarch enters the area, an alert is sent to the town owner monarch channel
The town is surrounded by walls with two entrances.
The two entrances remain OPEN until the town has been taken by a Monarch.
Once the town has been taken, the entrances are closed.
The town vendors are replaced by vendors with slightly better exchange rates.
While the town is under ownership, entry can only be gained my members of the Monarch which owns the town
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence is gained by players who are within the town
When a player is rewarded, they are PK tagged and can't exit the area for the normal 20 second PK tag time
The Experience and Luminescence rewards are timed and scaled by many factors
