_UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo Payouts are now restricted to the Landcells INSIDE the Castle walls or very close to the outside of the walls in some cases.
_UPDATED: SERVER: Login Ranking and Server status messages are now delayed to allow a smoother login process.
_UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo BOSS(East Gate Guardian, West Gate Guardian, East Gate, West Gate, Heart of RagaKo) mobs no longer attack the Castle Owners Monarch members
_UPDATED: SERVER: If a Castle Owner monarchy member kills The Heart Of RagaKo, the only effect will be an increase of the heartbeat timer by (5) minutes. No other events happen.
