It's at the bottom of the DM Mansion basement. There are 2 levers required to get to it. They can easily be pulled by one person, one at a time if you figure it out.
I'm not sure if ANY player have used the chest yet.
take a friend, GL... 😆
I will check the loot when I get a chance. It needs to be updated i'm sure. It was a 1-off. I turned and entire Mansion basement into a a high level Dungeon.
A good place to macro if you can take the pain but I haven't seen anyone try yet. Uber loot.
