After character creation make sure you wield Precious to make the most out of experience gains.
When a new character is created the are born with an Ember of Darktide
After you exit the Training Academy, travel to The MarketPlace and hand the Ember Of Darktide to Hannibal Lector.
Hannibal Lector will reward you with (5) Million No Share Experience points.
This Experience will put a new character around level 25 - 30 if you turn in the PW token and depending on the server Experience gain rate setting at the time of turn-in.
During Double Experience it could make a new character as high as 31.
The Ember of Darktide has a lifespan of 14 days and will crumble if not used in time.
