The town of RagaKo will be used for land control. Access to the town of RagaKo is limited to Level 126+
The has town vendors with the best buy/sell rates available.
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence is gained by players who are within the town landblocks
The town is surrounded by walls with two entrances.
The two entrances remain OPEN until the town has been taken by a Monarchy.
TOWN OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the town is achieved my a player killing The Heart of RagaKo
Ownership of the town with remain in place for (7) days if the town is not re-taken by another Monarchy
Once town ownership is achieved several things will happen inside and around the town:
RagaKo will have a grace period where it can not be taken over again for(30) minutes.
During the grace period, a large bonfire will appear in the place of The Heart of RagaKo.
Walls that can't be attacked will be added to the East and West town entrances
The RagaKo Owners Stone will appear outside town near the town Lifestone.
The RagaKo Owners Stone can be used by the monarchy of the town owner for entry into the town
When the grace period expires:
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence gained by players of the town owner Monarchy who are within the town landblocks is "increased significantly"
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence gained by players NOT in the town owner Monarchy who are within the town landblocks is "increased"
The (yellow)Vendors that are in town are replaced (pink)Vendors with slightly better exchange rates
An East and West Gate Guardian will spawn outside each of the corresponding town entrances

Gate Guardians do not respawn immediately
When the East OR West Gate has been killed:
The Large Bonfire in town is replaced with The Heart of RagaKo which can once again be attacked to take control of town
Attackable Gates do not respawn immediately
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence Notes
While the town is under ownership, any ranked kills that occur within the town landblocks will receive a significant ranking kill bonus.
When players are rewarded "Trickle" Experience and Luminescence
Players who are rewarded are PK tagged and can't exit the area for the normal 20 second PK tag time
Players in the town owner monarchy "fire" show Red
Players not in the town owner monarchy will "fire" Yellow
The rewards are gained by players who are within the town landblocks
Players who are rewarded are PK tagged and can't exit the area for the normal 20 second PK tag time
When players are rewarded, they will show color animations when they "fire"
Green = Town not under control
Red = Town Under control, you are in the town owner monarchy
Yellow = Town Under control, you are not in the town owner monarchy
The Experience and Luminescence rewards and how often they rewarded are scaled by many factors
