The Keys will come from Hannibal Lector in exchange for the Minor Chest of Violence Key and Major Chest of Violence Key.
A Minor Chest of Violence Key will return a Key of Eights (1 Use)
A Major Chest of Violence Key will return a Reinforced Key of Eights (3 Use)
They can also be found in the loot profile of the Minor Chest of Violence and Major Chest of Violence.
