PENDING - SERVER UPDATES

1. _UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo Payouts are now restricted to the Landcells INSIDE the Castle walls or very close to the outside of the walls in some cases.
2. _UPDATED: SERVER: Login Ranking and Server status messages are now delayed to allow a smoother login process.
3. _UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo BOSS(East Gate Guardian, West Gate Guardian, East Gate, West Gate, Heart of RagaKo) mobs no longer attack the Castle Owners Monarch members
4. _UPDATED: SERVER: If a Castle Owner monarchy member kills The Heart Of RagaKo, the only effect will be an increase of the heartbeat timer by (5) minutes. No other events happen.
5. _UPDATED: WEBSTATS: Tinkering Logs viewable INCREASED from (100) to (200)
6. _UPDATED: SERVER: The command @spendallxp can now be used by all players
7. _UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo owner monarchy members are now granted and additional 5% of earned experience elsewhere other than from Castle RagaKo payouts
