Some of the points are server-side calculated by live conditions(Monarch Status/level/VP, friends/targets)+Server Kill Bonus( I can adjust this at any time by (2's) and some of the points are handled on the SQL side of different
conditions( kill/death/rank history) to come up with a total.
You only get points for "killing a noob" for first blood kills over level 50.
Then that person does not produce rank points again for either 2 hours or level 150 which ever comes first.
I will add first blood kills to incident as soon as I get time.
Character levels are not logged anywhere because there is no ranking under character level 150 except the first blood kill over level 50 and pretty useless to log levels
I made sure the system always handed out an EVEN number of points to the killer so that I can ALWAYS take away exactly 1/2 of the points earned from the person who was killed.
That's why the Server Bonus can only be changed by (2s)
Even though is IS possible to score over (42) points the SQL server caps the MAX reward @42 points.
