After acquiring an Uber Fishing Hol3 License Mehykati's L337 Wet Fishy Place is accessible via a portal by talking to Mehykati at the Castle Ragako Drop

If you are flagged when you "use" Mehykati she will open a (60) seconds portal behind her.
