Fishing at the Uber Fishing Hol3 requires a special Uber Fishing Hol3 License that can only be acquired from Hook
The cost of the Uber Fishing Hol3 License is (1) Death Certificate
The area is accessible via a portal outside DevilMouse Mansion behind Hook's Fishing Hut

The Uber Fishing Hol3 License is good for 24 hours just as a regular fishing license.
The regular fishing license and the Uber Fishing Hol3 License are not interchangeable and have separate quest timers.

The portal to the Uber Fishing Hol3 Portal is located directly behind Hook's shack.
The portal to the Uber Fishing Hol3 Portal checks for a valid Uber Fishing Hol3 License before allowing use.
The portal to the Uber Fishing Hol3 Portal is limited to players Level 126+
