Where
- Hook can be found outside the DevilMouse Mansion at 72.6N,32.5E
- If you have never fished before you must talk to Hook before you will be able to fish even if you purchase a license to fish
- Hand Hook 1 x Death Certificate to buy a fishing license, to be able to fish at the Uber Fishing Hol3 for 24 hours.
- Also accepts Bella's Freshwater Oyster and returns (1) Death Certificate
