+The Oracle is a server process that is constantly monitoring chat for the following channels

Chat Trade
When specific racial slurs are used, +The Oracle will AUTOMATICLY perform the following processes:
Issue a gag for offending player
Increment the players gag warning count
Send a message about the language to the offending player
Log the player gag to the gag logs database
Alert all players online about the gagged player
Alert the Discord Server Status channel about the gagged player
The length of the gag placed on the player increases with each offence until the 3rd offence has been reached.
1 offence = 5 minutes
2 offence = 30 minutes
3 offence = 3 days
>3 offence = 32 days
