Death Certificates are a reward for player kills of characters over Level 150 who meet the score requirements.
Death Certificates can be used to buy special items from NPC Not in Not's Hideout.
Death Certificates can be used to removed your Vitae Penalty and get level 8 buffs from NPC Buff Agent.
Death Certificates can also be handed to NPC Hannibal Lector to remove a players Vitae Penalty and receive Not's Hideout Portal Gem.
Death Certificates are stackable to 250
