NPC Frosty

NPC Frosty works exactly like the Pumpkin Buffers with these exceptions.

Frosty drops a corpse that sometime has a Train Ticket that has a 1 hour pickup timer.

When Frosty is killed there is a chance he will turn off and spawn Karen

When Karen is killed, she will spawn Hocus Pocus

When Hocus Pocus is killed, he tunes on the Ticket Master and start the 6 hour quest timer.

If no one kills Karen or Hocus Pocus in (1) hour, it resets back to Frosty.

When you speak to the Ticketmaster, he will check to see if you have a train ticket.

If you have a ticket, he will take one and quest flag you for 6 hours and teleport you to A Cold Place

If you are already flagged, he will teleport you to A Cold Place

No death items are lost inside the quest locations

All location are no relog, you will end up at the lifestone

IF the quest has not been completed in 6 hours, it will reset to Frosty again
