PENDING - SERVER UPDATES

_UPDATED: SERVER: Castle RagaKo Payouts are now restricted to the Landcells INSIDE the Castle walls or very close to the outside of the walls in some cases. _UPDATED: SERVER: Login Ranking and Server status messages are now delayed to allow a smoother login process.
