Fishing at an Mehykati's L337 Wet Fishy Place requires a special Uber Fishing Hol3 License that can only be acquired from NPC Hook
The cost of the Uber Fishing Hol3 License is (1) Death Certificate
The license is good for 24 hours just as a regular fishing license.
The regular fishing license and the Uber Fishing License are not interchangeable and have separate quest timers.
After acquiring an Uber Fishing Hol3 License the area is accessible via a portal by talking to Mehykati at the RagaKo Lifestone
If you hand NPC Hook another Death Certificate while your Uber Fishing License is still valid, He will update your license to 24 hours again.
You will also need a Fishing Rod.
There is a total of (8) fishing spots at any one time. Each Fishing spot last about an hour, +-10 minutes. The hole will then dry up and re-spawn in a new spot.
