Ragako
The town of RagaKo will be used for King of the Castle.
Access to the Castle of RagaKo is limited to Level 126+
The has Castle vendors with the best buy/sell rates available.
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence is gained by players who are within the Castle walls
The Castle is surrounded by walls with two entrances.
The two entrances remain OPEN until the town has been taken by a Monarchy.
Castle OWNERSHIP
Ownership of the Castle is achieved my a player killing The Heart of RagaKo
Ownership of the Castle with remain in place for (7) days if the Castle is not re-taken by another Monarchy
Once town ownership is achieved several things will happen inside and around the Castle:
Castle RagaKo will have a grace period where it can not be taken over again for(30) minutes.
During the grace period, a large bonfire will appear in the place of The Heart of RagaKo.
Walls that can't be attacked will be added to the East and West Castle entrances
The RagaKo Owners Stone will appear outside Castle near the town Lifestone.
The RagaKo Owners Stone can be used by the monarchy of the town owner for entry into the Castle
When the grace period expires:
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence gained by players of the Castle owner Monarchy who are within the Castle walls is "increased significantly"
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence gained by players NOT in the town owner Monarchy who are within the Castle walls is "increased"
The Vendors(yellow) that are in Castle are replaced with (pink)Vendors with slightly better exchange rates
An East and West Gate Guardian will spawn outside each of the corresponding Castle entrances
When an East or West Gate Guardian has been killed:
An attackable Gate will be added at to the corresponding entrance to prevent entry from people not in the monarchy of the Castle owner until the Gate has been killed.
Gate Guardians do not respawn immediately
When the East OR West Gate has been killed:
The Large Bonfire inside the Castle is replaced with The Heart of RagaKo which can once again be attacked to take control of Castle
Attackable Gates do not respawn immediately

"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence Notes
The rewards are gained by players who are within the landblocks that surround Castle Ragako.
Eventually code will be added to flag for an additional payout when you are within the Castle walls
While the Castle is under ownership, any ranked kills that occur within the Castle walls will receive a significant ranking kill bonus.
When a player is rewarded "Trickle" Experience and Luminescence they are PK tagged and can't exit the area for the normal 20 second PK tag time
Players who are rewarded are PK tagged and can't exit the area for the normal 20 second PK tag time
When players are rewarded, they will show color animations when they "fire"
Green = Castle not under control
Players in any monarchy will "fire" show Green
Red = Castle Under control, you are in the Castle owner monarchy
Players in the Castle owner monarchy "fire" show Red
Yellow = Castle Under control, you are not in the Castle owner monarchy
Players not in the Castle owner monarchy will "fire" Yellow
The Experience and Luminescence rewards and how often they rewarded are scaled by several factors:

Ranked PK Kills per hour
Players in the area that are considered targets to "YOU" at the time of reward
"Trickle" Experience and Luminescence Calculation:
BASE PAYOUTS have server options that can be adjusted higher or lower real-time events
Eventually code will be added to flag for an additional payout when you are within the Castle walls
Population Bonus:
Each online player adds Experience to the payouts.
Each online player adds Luminescence to the payouts.
Ranked Kills Per Hour Bonus:
Each Ranked Kill for the last hour adds Experience to the payouts.
Each Ranked Kill for the last hour adds Luminescence to the payouts.
Targets in Town Bonus:
Each Target in the area adds Experience to the payouts.
Each Target in the area adds Luminescence to the payouts.

At the max heartbeat (5 minutes) you would have the take 60/5 = 12 payouts an hour.
with the town owned
At the heartbeat of (4 minutes) you would take 60/4= 15 payouts and hour
take down a guardian
Heartbeat (3 minutes) 60/3 = 20 payouts an hour
Take down a gate and spawn the stone
Heartbeat (2 minutes) 6/2 = 30 payouts an hour
the "middle" slice between 4 and 3 minutes you end up with like 18
225,000,000 / 18 = 12,500,000 per tick
If the town was owned, the owner would get 2x that 25,000,000 per tick || 450,000,000 per hour
