1. _UPDATED: SERVER: Massive re-write and clean-up of PK ranking and Trophy drop code.
2. _UPDATED: SERVER: A Ranked kill in the RagaKo Red Zone is no +(6) ranking points added to the kill rank change
3. _UPDATED: SERVER: Configurable server options added for Base Experience and Base Luminance rewards for ranked PK kills of all levels sets
4. ranked kill lum reward is now the killed players current rank
5. ranked kill xp reward is now the killed players current rank * the players level
6. (1) Extra Death Certificate is now awarded for ranked PK kills during the Hallowed Event
7. (1) Extra Death Certificate is now awarded for ranked PK kills during the GRUE Event
8. cleaned up login status messages
