Not is a vendor who sells special items for the cost of Death Certificates.

• Turns on spawns inside Not's Hideout

Not Drops the following items on death:

• (1) Large Vial of Blood
• (1) Not's BackPack
• (1) Not's Death Certificate
• (9) Not's Stash Box Key
• --- T8 Loot

The portal remains open for (15) Minutes

The portal can be found in the large room behind him behind unlocked gates

The respawn time on Not is 60 Minutes
