APPLIED CHANGES

• 06-12-2023.15 _UPDATED: SERVER: A 15 minute delay has been added between a kill on the RagaKo East or West Gate and the Spawn of the Heart of RagaKo to give attacking parties ample time to take control of the Castle before the Stone spawns
• 06-12-2023.14 _UPDATED: SERVER: Castle Ragako reward reductions for targets is now a sliding scale between 0% and 100%. For each target in the area that is not marked as META, the rewards will be reduced by 10% up to a MAX of 10 targets resulting in 0 rewards until the area is cleared of potentially Rank producing PK targets
