- When a player is META flagged the will receive a message about being META flagged every time they login until the flag has been cleared

- Removing the META flag from a character requires the player to score a ranked kill on a player who has a PK Ranked 20+(subject to adjustment) http://a-chard.ddns.net/
- Players who meet the removal requirements are now alerted when the META flag is removed from a META marked character at the time of the qualifying ranked kill
- Once a players META flag has been cleared, they will no longer receive a message about being META flagged every time they login.
