Notes
- Death Certificates are stackable to 250
- Reward for player kills of characters over Level 150 who meet the score requirements.
- Can be used to buy special items from NPC Not in Not's Hideout.
- Can be used to remove your Vitae Penalty and get level 8 buffs from NPC Buff Agent.
- Can handed to NPC Hannibal Lector to remove a players Vitae Penalty and receive Not's Hideout Portal Gem.
