Experience is calculated using the following information about the killed player before the kill occurred

Targets & Friends
- NPK players are not counted as either Targets or Friends
- META marked players not counted as either Targets or Friends
- Level <=149 players are not counted as either Targets or Friends
- Admin players are not counted as either Targets or Friends
META Flag
- The META flag is strictly enforced to prevent bots from raining the fun for others
- Without the META flag, several custom content PK areas were easily broken by META players in the past
META Flagging
- Players who acquire 10+ ranked PK deaths in a row are now alerted when they are marked as a META character at the time of the 10th death
- When a player is META flagged the will receive a message about being META flagged every time they login until the flag has been cleared
META Flag Removal
- Removing the META flag from a character requires the player to score a ranked kill on a player who has a PK Ranked 50+ http://a-chard.ddns.net/
- Players who meet the removal requirements are now alerted when the META flag is removed from a META marked character at the time of the qualifying ranked kill
- Once a players META flag has been cleared, they will no longer receive a message about being META flagged every time they login.
- You can also use the player command /metaflag can be used to remove the META flag from a player for the cost of (10) Death Certificates and (500) Trade Note (250,000)

- Reject +admin kills unless debug testing enabled

FX's Notes
- A Killers PK Trophy drop timer is reset with a kill of a RANKED player Level 150+ with a Rank Score >= 100
Trophy Drop and Rank Example
- YOU get killed and get a drop timer of 20 minutes.
- Someone else kills YOU again in 8 minutes and you will not no drop PK trophies or produce rank points
- YOU then rank kill someone over 150+ with a rank of 101 (4) minutes later
- This causes YOUR drop timer to go poof and you start dropping again 8 minutes early
META FLAG NOTES
- The META player flag is not DIRECTLY related to un-attended macroing.
- IF you are marked as META, you died 10 or more times in a row without a ranked kill of nay type RANKED or FIRST BLOOD
The flag name META was used due to the issues that were caused by players who were not at the keyboard but killed in PK fights over and over without any resistance at all.
BEFORE the META flag was put into play, These players broke just about every custom server and content dynamic I have created.
Flagging them as META so that the server can mark them as a non-factor was the only course of action that could be taken to prevent future abuse.
Some examples of what was boked by players not being marked as META...
Without a META flag, I couldn't stop the farming of Death Certificates, Violence Keys & Hollow and GRUE keys from macros
This was a open season to farm all the keys and DCs you wanted off macro's without even a fight.
Without a META flag, I can't stop the farming of PK Ranking points.
Several players abused this in the BETA.
One player racked up a kill streak over 200 off just Marcos in the BETA of the PK stats data.
Without a META flag, I can't stop the fuckery of actual META's in my custom content areas.
BEFORE the META flag, someone setup META's to do nothing but recall to Ragako and circle the castle 24/7 to prevent the players inside from getting any rewards.
The METAs already had 10+ deaths and were not producing rank or rewards no matter how many times you went outside and killed them. It was futile and not very fair on a PK Server.
After the META flag was added, it is now used to filter much of my content from AFK players.
Players marked as META can circle the castle all day now and not cause an issue.
The META flagging will not be removed from the server.
The META flag from the (16) players who are currently marked as META will not just manually be removed by me.
META flagging is of public record.
If you are marked as META, someone tried really hard to put you there, and they are proud of applying that grief.
They also scored a good number of ranking points, somewhere between 10-20 DCs and 10 each of Violence & GRUE keys in the process.
It would not be fair to anyone on the server to just remove a META flag so that someone can continue to soak DC's, Rank and Keys from a player freely.
