PENDING - SERVER UPDATES

13. xx-x-xx.xx _UPDATED: SERVER: Admin characters cloaked or not are now omitted from the Targets/Friends count during a ranked kill calculation. I can now lurk now without having an effect on the rankings.

15. xx-x-xx.xx _UPDATED: SERVER: Castle Ragako reward reductions for targets is now a sliding scale between 0% and 100%. For each target in the area that is not marked as META, the rewards will be reduced by 10% up to a MAX of 10 targets resulting in 0 rewards until the area is cleared of potentially Rank producing PK targets.
